While we were unpacking yesterday afternoon Kim surprised Derek and I with a plate of chocolate chip cookies with candles in them and sang happy birthday to us. Both of our birthdays are in the first week of May...It was such a sweet and thoughtful surprise and hands down the best belated birthday celebration. Jet lagged, slap happy, and a plate of cookies in India...doesn't get much better than that!
